A step by step guide to shopping on-line via the Stirling Moss Shop, print this page out as a guide to helping you complete your on-line order placed on this website.
 
To assist you further with the process please use the images above of screen grabs, which relate to each section of the process. It may be helpful to open the Stirling Moss website twice so that you can refer back to the On-line Shopping Help Guide while you are completing the ordering process.
 
Add to Cart
 
Select the items you wish to purchase by clicking Add to Cart which can be found at the bottom of each product page
 
Shopping Cart
 
Once a product is added, you will be taken to the Shopping Cart page. Either click the option to Continue Shopping or click Checkout in the grey bar to begin the payment process.
 
If you are registered for a Paypal account, you can opt to pay using Paypal by clicking Checkout with Paypal in the orange bar, if not proceed by clicking the Checkout in the grey bar.
 
Delivery Page
 
On the next page you may begin putting in your Delivery details, once completed, click on Next in the grey bar. Please include a telephone number.
 
Billing Information
 
The Billing information section appears once Next is clicked, if your Billing and Shipping information are the same, click the tick box which will automatically populate the correct boxes with the same information put into the Delivery details section. If the details are not the same, please include all the Billing Information requested including the correct address, country and a telephone number that match the debit or credit card you will use for paying. Click Nextin the grey bar.
 
Shipping Costs
 
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the combined weight of the items being purchased and the country to which they are being shipped too. Click Next in the grey bar.
 
Customer Information
 
In the Customer Information section, enter a valid email address, the system will automatically generate a username and password which will be sent to the email address given. However please note that you may need to check your junk mail folder for the email account used.
 
If you choose to input your own username and password please make a secure record or use ones which are memorable to you personnally. If you do forget either the username or password, please use the Contact box which can be found at the bottom of each webpage on the Stirling Moss website, we can then reset either or both and send them back to you by email. Click Next in the grey bar.
 
Orders Comments
 
If you have any comments to make, please use this box to input them, if we are able to comply we will reply by email, again please check your junk mail folder and ensure that emails from the Stirling Moss website are flagged as safe to receive. Click Next in the grey bar.
 
Payment Method
 
You will now see the screen which summarises your order including shipping costs and VAT where applicable. VERY IMPORTANT - now click Review Order in the grey bar.
 
Review Order
 
Please review all your information carefully, if you need to amend any information click Back in grey bar at the bottom of the page to take you back to the Customer Information screen to amend any of the information provided in the boxes. Once you are happy with that the information given is corrent, click Submit Order in the grey bar at the bottom of the page.
 
Payment Screen
 
You now have the option of paying by debit or credit card, with all major cards taken, or via PayPal directly by logging into your Paypal account.
 
For paying by debit or credit card, the system will automatically populate the details with those that were inputted into the billing information. If they are not correct you can amend them.
 
Please then input the type of card to be debited for the amount of the invoice i.e. Visa, Mastercard etc from the drop down options, your 16 digit card number, the Expiry Date in month and year format and the CSC or Security number.
 
Once you are happy that all your billing address and card details are correct click Review Order and Continue bar in orange at the bottom of the page.
 
Payment confirmation
 
You will now be asked to complete the transaction, click Pay, you will then see a holding screen whilst the payment is being authorised against the card details submitted. Once completed a copy of your order will be sent to the email address you gave in Customer Information.
 
If you wish to monitor the progress of your order please use your username and password by logging into your account via the Shop tab on the left hand side of this page on the Stirling Moss website.
