1929 – 1954 Scrapbook

It’s all in this book! Stirling’s meteoric rise through the junior ranks with the little Formula 3 500s, including the famous Kieft and Cooper Jap's. His big break with a borrowed Jaguar XK120, the highs and lows with HWM, the great drives and successes with Jaguar, the frustrating years when he put patriotism first and soldiered on with inadequate machinery and, finally, 1954 - the year when it all came right on the international stage.

The fascinating story of Moss’s formative years is spiced with personal photos, anecdotes and keen racing insights.

1956 – 1960 Scrapbook

These are Stirling Moss’s most turbulent, demanding and, ultimately, successful sporting years. He dominated every racing arena.

In Formula 1 he secured landmark first GP wins for Vanwall, Cooper and Lotus, the later in the Formula 1 Monaco GP. In Formula 2, he was all-conquering, driving Rob Walker's Cooper-Borgward. He also helped Aston Martin to victory in the World Sports Car Championship.

This book is packed with insights from Stirling Moss, on and off track action and features extracts from a rare interview with Stirling’s first wife, Kate.

1961 Scrapbook

1961 heralded a new era for motor racing with the introduction of the 1.5 litre Formula 1 cars. It was a double challenge for Stirling, who was still recovering from the accident that had almost killed him in the year before. Yet, a rested and refreshed Moss relished the challenge.

In this season of change, he drove Lotus, Ferraris, rear-engined Coopers and Porsches and found time to court a succession of glamorous women, much to the delight of the world's press!

Re-live the experience in this stunning book, entirely based on the photos and memorabilia stored in Stirling's personal scrap book collection.
