Stirling Moss Ferrari No.7 Gift Collection - Leather Luggage Tag
This superbly made Italian leather luggage tag, part of the Stirling Moss No.7 Gift Collection by Caracalla Bath, is one of the new pieces of officially licensed Stirling Moss merchandise, which bear the Stirling Moss brand embossed into the leather.
The luggage tag is finished in Blu Scuro Leather with a Bianco Leather Roundel and a Nero Leather #7. The ideal birthday present for a motor racing fan or gift for those who appreciate quality items.
Stirling's lucky number, and favourite race car number, is the number #7. The number #7 was worn on a Ferrari 250 SWB Berlinetta, chassis #2735GT, which he raced to win the 7th R.A.C Tourist Trophy at Goodwood in 1961. Owned by Rob Walker at the time, the car was and still is resplendent in the Rob Walker racing colours of Dark Blue with a White stripe across the nose, which is echoed in the No.7 Gift Collection. This 1960's Ferrari Grand Tourer is still one of the world’s most desirable cars, a true GT that can be raced on the track and then driven home.
