Stirling Moss: A Portrait of Britains Greatest Racing Driver in his own words - Audio CD
The story of Britain's greatest racing driver, told in his own words, back in 1956.
Fresh from his somewhat surprising victory in the 1956 Nassau Trophy Race (in an unpowered and outdated car) Stirling was spending a few days relaxing - if such a dynamic person can every truly be said to relax - on the beach and playing with his new speedboat. Settled into an easy chair with a bottle of Coca Cola in hand, he began to talk easily and fluently about the subject closest to his heart.
Stirling had back then, and still does, strong opinions on every phase of motor racing and he is always willing to express them. This digitally remastered CD makes for an enjoyable hour's listening and captures a pocket of motor racing nostalgia from the height of Stirling's racing career.
