Enjoy the superbly entertaining video of the official BBC Children in Need 2009 charity single, Peter Kay's "Animated All Star Band". The two year project was masterminded by Kay, who in the video plays his alter ego Big Chris, from Roary the Racing Car, in a "Bob Geldof" role, bringing together all the children's TV characters for an unforgettable song medley.

Big Chris enlists the help of characters from childhood favourite shows such as Paddington Bear, The Thunderbirds, The Wombles, Bagpuss, Thomas The Tank Engine, Scooby Doo and Postman Pat alongside characters from contemporary children's favourites including Roary the Racing Car, narrated by Stirling, Sponge Bob Square Pants, In the Night Garden, Peppa Pig and many more, who all appear in the brilliant video. Look out for Paddington's James Brown impression, Andy Pandy's air guitar and Pudsey's guitar solo. Chippy Minton of Camberwick Green and Trumpton also makes an appearance!

All the characters are provided by the original voice actors, which include Jane Horrocks, Bernard Cribbins, Neil Morrissey, Ringo Starr to name but a few.
