Dear Stirling, from Buenos Aires, the land of his dear friend Juan Manuel Fangio I send my best wishes for recovery, we want to see it again here, we admire, we love all the Argentines, you are a gentleman on the track and in life A big hug.

I'm glad to see that you are feeling hearty enough to purchase yourself a Porsche RS61. I hope you will be driving it at Laguna Seca in August!
Best wishes, get well soon!
Judi and I wish you all the best for a speedy recovery. Last saw you the Silver Sea cruise ship off Monaco for the 2007 Grand Prix. If you were able to survive that awful ride on the ship's tender on Sunday, we are certain that you will recover from this "shunt" equally as well.
Best wishes,
Judi and Bob
New Racing Sport for Wheelchair users
Dear Sir Stirling,
I just saw that you are going to open the Mobility Road Show in July of this year. I hope to be there for the event. We will be coming from the States to show the new FreeWheel Wheelchair Attachment. I thought you would enjoy seeing this YouTube video. It is very inspirational. Lacey, the woman in the video, is a former ParaOlympian, gold medal winner in downhill skiing. she said this is going to be a new sport, Dog Racing with Wheelchairs! :-)

Thank You Sir Stirling Moss
Oh, thank you so much for taking the time to let us know how you are doing. But don't
worry about us, let us worry about you. You're a true gentleman and are always showing
us how one should conduct themselves. My father was/is also a great fan of yours and
he has been since the days when you had partnered with Fangio(a true gentleman as well).
I've never met you, but I've met John Watson and he thinks very highly of you too.
Thank you Sir,
Yours,
Mon Aung

glad you are on the mend!
please do as the "sawbones" instruct you to do, sir.
we want you up & 100% as soon as possible.
thanks for the message, too!
Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
My sincerest wishes for your continued rapid and complete recovery.
You are the best competition driver in my lifetime!!!
I co-drove an Elva 1961 at Sebring ... you were also driving there.
I have fond memories of following your racing career - also saw you drive in Nassau (probably 1961). The mechanics had to change the position of the gas pedal for you ...
God speed.

Lift shaft fall.
Where was the lift car? the car couples with the landing door and that is how the doors open thus allowing you entry safely into the lift car. So how did the doors open and what mystery device opened the doors?
Wish you luck with recovery Sterling!
Glad your on the mend
Dear Sir Stirling, So sorry to hear about your accident, get well soon and get back behind the wheel. Hope to see you at Brooklands for the double 12
All the best

Sir Stirling's fall
Dear Stirling:
You can't keep a good man down! All the best for a speedy recovery. Perhaps you might just make it to the 50th anniversary of Mosport where you won the very first pro race, in spite of the efforts of Canadians Bill Sadler and Grant Clark in the ferocious Sadler Mark Vs. Walt MacKay winner of the Formula Junior supporting race and to whom you presented the trophy, also sends his regards.
Cheers, from all your Canadian admirers

Get well from McLean, Viginia, USA
Dera Sir Stirling,
I was sooo looking forward to meeting you again at the 2010 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance last week!! I am very happy to see you doing well and on your way to full recovery. When I said, "meeting you again", it is because I met you when I was 13 years of age, in Havana, Cuba at the 1960 Cuban Grand Prix, where you drove the Maserati Tipo 61 Birdcage to a victory. I had the honor to shake your hand during one of your pit stops. I will NEVER forget that day. For your information, your Maserati Tipo 61, looked absolutely beautiful, bringing tears to my eyes when I spotted it. It did win "Best of its Class". I did think of you a lot at that moment.
Get well, so I can have the honor of shaking your hand again, and in my case, now as an old man.
Thanks for the memories!!
Hector Rodriguez
Wishing you speedy recovery
Bill and I are saddened to learn of this dreadful fall. We think of you often and hope this doesn't interrupt your dancing skills for too long. All the best. Patsy & Bill Bolling

Hi Sir Stirling,
It was nice to see you on tele at the weekend and my very best wishes for your continued recovery
I hope you will be fit enough to manage a drive at the Revival this year and if that is not possible, it would be great just to have you there. It would not be the same without you.

A perfect example of who this man is!
Sir Stirling is lying in bed, physically injured, probably traumatized from what had to be frightening fall and he takes the time to record a message for US! Truly a gentleman. (Is it any wonder the queen knighted him?!?)
Good to hear you are feeling better
Delighted to hear that you are on the mend after such a traumatic accident.
Still, I think most of us would expect you to bounce back like this.
Well done, and keep up the good work !!

Dear Sir Stirling,
In an effort to delay the onset of old age as successfully as you have, it has been my long established practice never to take a lift and always to use the staircase. Having read about your unfortunate accident, I feel that my decision to avoid lifts at all times has been more than vindicated and I commend it to you in the future!
I hope that you are feeling much better and that you will be up and about very shortly. Forgive my little jest about your mishap, please know that I am one of a great many Englishmen with a high regard and respect for you and your achievements.
With kind regards
