Stirling Moss Race History: 1956 Monaco Grand Prix

Relive Stirling’s first Monaco GP victory in 1956 when he drove his Maserati 250F to led virtually the entire 100 lap race beating Juan-Manuel Fangio, Peter Collins and Jean Behra. Stirling would go onto win two more Monaco GP’s including one of his most famous victories when, in 1961, he held off the two more powerful shark nosed Ferrari’s of Hill and Ginther in his by then vintage Lotus 18 in the Blue and White livery of the Rob Walker team.
